Booking Deposit:

All online bookings and first time bookings require a minimum 50% deposit to secure the appointment, as well as signing the forms relating to the cancellation policy, privacy policy and written consent. The deposit is non-refundable, if you cancel late or do not turn up you will lose your deposit. If you adhere to our rescheduling policy this deposit can be moved to your next booked appointment.

Cancellations:

Any cancellation made within 48 hours or any time in the day 2 days before your appointment eg cancelling on a Wednesday for your appointment on a Friday will result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit or a 50% charge of your appointment cost. Any cancellation or no show within 24 hours or at any time the day before your appointment or the day of your appointment will result in a Full 100% charge of your treatment cost, before you will be able to book future appointments.

Lateness policy:

If you are running late we appreciate you contacting us to let us know. We have a 15 minute grace period on all appointments, if you're going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will be unable to for ill your full appointment. Some of our clients have very busy schedules and we will not run over into someone else's appointment if you are late! After 15 minutes, your treatment can be cancelled and FULL payment will be expected, if you continue with your appointment you will not be given additional time but full payment for your booked treatment will be expected.

SICKNESS POLICY:

We are aware that sickness usually happens at the worst times and is an unexpected occurrence that cannot always be helped, however, we are a business that has policies in place. We have a large variety of patients that include the elderly and people with compromised immune systems Including cancer fighters! To keep our business running smoothly, to prevent us getting sick and to protect our vulnerable patients we do not want any illnesses within our clinic. If we ourselves are sick with cold or flu and continue to work we will contact you prior to your appointment to allow you to make the choice of if you wish to come into the clinic, if you Choose to not be exposed to that for whatever reason we will not charge you for your appointment and book you in when we are better.

Rescheduling:

Any appointments rescheduled outside of 48hours or outside of 2 days of the appointment) your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment with no additional charge. If you reschedule within 48 hours (or 2 days before your appointment our cancellation policy comes into affect and you will forfeit your deposit. An a result of this an additional deposit will be required to secure future appointments.
