Cupping Therapy:
A form of Chinese medicine that has been around for thousands of years to treat a wide range of health problems. It helps the body reduce inflammation and increase circulation, promoting healing and recovery from injury. These cups can be static, working a focused area, or dynamic, massage oils are used to help the cup glide over the target zone to create a suction massage.
Dry Needling:
Dry needling is a treatment that healthcare providers use for pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. We insert thin needles into or near your trigger points, to stimulate your muscles, which causes them to contract or twitch promoting healing to the insertion site. Most commonly, this treatment is used for injury reset of chronic pain.
Injury Assessment/ Exercise Rehabilitation:
To determine what treatment is best for each individual, an initial/injury consultation is required which can take anywhere from 15-30 minutes depending on the complexity of an injury or condition. If an injury is identified, exercise rehabilitation will be prescribed. We assess all kinds of sporting and non-sporting injuries.
Compression Therapy:
To enhance our treatment list, we have invested in high end compression boots and compression sleeves to provide our customers with compression therapy. These devices provide pressure controlled compression massage. This is to help reduce swelling, pain, promote recovery and increase circulation. The sleeves can be used on either arms or legs.
